Club CFO l Training Finance Staff and Finance Shared Service Centralization.
Once again we had an engaging meeting with their CFO Club members. A special thanks to Eric and Andrew for hosting us at the Air Liquide offices. We discussed impactful topics such as training finance staff, led by Gabriel, which emphasized the importance of equipping finance teams with the necessary skills and knowledge, and finance shared service centralization, led by Eric, which highlighted the benefits of consolidating finance functions into a shared service center. These discussions were essential for optimizing team performance and boosting operational efficiency.
