Club HR l Cultivating an Inclusive Culture
We had an inspiring session at Pernod Ricard, where Serena Chen, Communication Manager, shared insights on building an inclusive culture. With a diverse team, 50% female and over half in managerial roles, Pernod Ricard focuses on fostering trust, integrating diverse perspectives, and leveraging leadership to advocate for inclusion.
We also heard from Claire Chang, President of the APAC Authentic Inclusion Association, on bridging generations through communication. Claire emphasized the importance of respect, empathy, and collaboration, especially in overcoming age-related stereotypes.
We would like to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for the continued collaboration and support from our fellow members.
