2020 CCIFT GENERAL ASSEMBLY - POSTPONED
The CCIFT Assembly is an opportunity for all members to express their opinions to CCIFT in regard to its activities and events.
You are cordially invited to attend the 2020 CCIFT General Assembly.
Date: Thursday, April 9th, 2020
Time: 18:00-22:00 (including a premium dinner box for each participant due to the current COVID-19 outbreak)
Location: THE SHERWOOD HOTEL, 3F Ballroom

This Assembly is an opportunity for all members to express their opinions to CCIFT in regard to its activities and events. The Assembly will be conducted in English. All questions and comments are welcomed in order to make our community more active and improve the chamber’s services to be better suited to the needs of members.
·One company, one vote. Honorary members are not entitled to vote.
·One company, one delegation. Registration is compulsory due to the limited number of participants
·If you are not able to attend the assembly, please give the proxy right to a member of your choice, or inform CCIFT to arrange one for you.
·Call for Candidates: CCIFT 2020 Executive Committee or Supervisor
If you are willing to contribute time and expertise, you are invited to run for the CCIFT 2020 Executive Committee or Supervisor (CCIFT Board). Please refer to the Nomination form is attached. The call for candidates is open until Friday, April 3rd .
Due to the current CoVID-19 situation, the CCIFT team has taken the following precautionary measurements in alignment with Taiwan CECC announcements
·All participants are required to wear a surgical mask
·The Assembly will be restricted to 70 participants, registration is compulsory for all participant
·Participants will be required to have their temperature read upon admission
·Participants will be seated in accordance with a seating plan
·Seats will be arranged 1 meter apart
·Hand sanitizer will be available at the venue
·The buffet dinner will be replaced by a set dinner box and a cocktail bar
