Club HR | Corporate Branding for Recruitment

We were honored to hear from Ms. Ting-Ting HU, the People Director Hong Kong & Taiwan and her staff, Amanda & Celine.  They have a strong commitment with the employees, involving four pillars concept including 4 core values ’Explore More, Chase Change, Do Right, Make Miracles’.

Ms. Ting-Ting HU has shared the tremendous achievements. SANOFI has great social impact locally and internationally to express ‘Who we are’, embracing the unity across borders and cultures, including flexible work arrangements, personal care leave, 14 weeks of parental leave, summer breaks, support for cancer-related challenges, an employee shareholding plan. In manufacturing, they work together to make challenging tasks into practical actions through scientific successes, digital boldness, racetrack speed and precision.

While mentioning about Employer Brand, Amanda has shared about SANOFI’s plan called ‘North Star Plan’ based on the unique ‘Seven Talent Principles’ to discover young talents in collaboration with each business units to active CSR initiatives.

Celine also shared their business practices about how to strengthen the EVP concept, by having various events locally and internationally gathering each ‘Sanofian’, such as supporting DE&I Week, face equality, International Women’s Day celebration, clubs, Sanofi Family Day, Sanofi Cup (Badminton Competition). To promote a work-life balance, Sanofi provides special leaves regarding extra summer break, personal care leaves. Besides, the international platform ‘Sanofi Connect Us’ provides a special chance to exchange the leaves and languages, share living place, and transportation among all the staffs worldwide.
